Dija Ayodele

With nearly two decades beauty industry experience, I am acclaimed skin care expert, entrepreneur and brain behind the award winning Black Skin Directory; an online platform founded in 2018 to improve access to professional skincare for people of colour. I’m also the co-founder of CLICKED! - a confidence boosting AI powered skin health tool built to make skincare less confusing. Also, I am a Vogue Business Top 100 Beauty Innovator 2024. I wrote the global best-seller Black Skin - The Definitive Skincare Guide, published by Harper Collins in 2021..

I am an experienced and engaging host and public speaker and have graced numerous stages at home and abroad including the House of Commons, Vogue Beauty, Oxford University, Cosmoprof, Brown's University, The Financial Times and the British Association of Dermatologists amongst many.

Within the corporate beauty space I have worked with respected brands such as L'Oreal, Walgreen Boots Alliance, No7 Beauty, Galderma, Estee Lauder, Unilever and Shiseido Group as an international consultant and Key Opinion Leader (KOL).

I spend a lot of time coaching skin therapists through my Clarity Hour platform and sit on the British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology (BABTAC) and British Beauty Council advisory boards. I also enjoy social media content creation and presenting and have built a loyal community of nearly 50k subscribers on social media.
